BLT1 acts as the data controller for the personal data collected through the Astro PRO application.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed in order to:

• create and manage your user account;
• allow you to sign in and access the application's services;
• generate astrological calculations, including birth charts and horoscopes;
• send push notifications or emails according to your preferences;
• ensure the security and proper technical operation of the service.

These processing activities are based on:

• the performance of the contract relating to the use of the service;
• your explicit consent, particularly for notifications and account creation.

3. Data Collected

The following information may be collected:

• Email address: used for registration, authentication and communication with the user.
• First name or nickname: used to personalise displays and messages.
• Date, time and place of birth: required to calculate birth charts and personalised horoscopes.
• Cookies and technical identifiers:
  • Astro_Pro: session identifier;
  • AP_DEVICE_ID: anonymous device identifier;
  • iOS or Web Push token: used to send notifications selected by the user.

Derived astrological data, such as planetary positions, houses or aspects, is not individually stored as personal data.

No special categories of personal data, including data relating to racial or ethnic origin, health, political opinions or religious beliefs, are collected.

4. Hosting and Security

Data is hosted on a dedicated VPS server provided by:

All communications between the application and the server are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures, including firewalls, authentication mechanisms and encrypted connections, are implemented to protect access to personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Stripe

Stripe is used to process payments securely. Astro PRO does not store any bank account or payment card information.

Stripe processes payment data in accordance with its own legal and regulatory obligations.

5.2 Cloudflare

Cloudflare is used as a proxy, security and performance optimisation service.

It helps protect the application against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks and improves service availability.

6. Push Notifications

Push notifications are sent only with the user's prior consent.

Users may enable or disable notifications at any time through the application settings or their device settings.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the user account remains active.

If an account is deleted, the associated personal data will be permanently deleted within a maximum period of twelve months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Session cookies are automatically removed when the user signs out or when the session expires.

8. Your Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every user has the following rights:

• the right to access their personal data;
• the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• the right to erasure;
• the right to object to processing;
• the right to restriction of processing;
