This Privacy Policy explains how BLT1 collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Astro PRO application (web and mobile).

BLT1 is the data controller for all processing of personal data within the Astro PRO application.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data are processed in order to:

  • create and manage user accounts;

  • enable login and access to application features;

  • generate astrological calculations (birth charts, horoscopes, etc.);

  • send optional push or email notifications chosen by the user;

  • ensure the technical security and proper operation of the service.

These data are processed based on:

  • the performance of a contract (use of the service);

  • the user’s explicit consent (account creation, notifications).

3. Data Collected

The following data may be collected:

  • Email address: for account registration, login, and communication.

  • First name or nickname: to personalize displays and messages.

  • Date, time and place of birth: required to calculate natal charts and horoscopes.

  • Cookies and technical identifiers:

    • Astro_Pro: session identifier,

    • AP_DEVICE_ID: anonymous device identifier,

    • iOS / WebPush token: for user-selected notifications.

Astrological calculation results (planetary positions, aspects, etc.) are not treated as personal data and are not stored individually.
No sensitive data (health, origin, etc.) are collected.

4. Hosting and Security

Data are hosted on a dedicated VPS server operated by:

All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
Technical measures (firewalls, authentication, encrypted connections) protect data access.

  • Stripe: secure payment processing. Astro PRO does not store any banking data; Stripe acts as a GDPR-compliant processor.

  • Cloudflare: proxy and security service (anti-DDoS, performance optimization).

6. Push Notifications

Push notifications are sent only with the user’s consent.
They can be enabled or disabled at any time in the app or device settings.

7. Data Retention

Personal data are kept as long as the account remains active.
When an account is deleted, all related data are erased within 12 months.
Session cookies are automatically deleted upon logout.

8. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, users have the following rights:

  • access, rectification and deletion of their data;

  • objection and data portability;

  • withdrawal of consent at any time.
