These Terms of Use and Sale define the conditions governing the use of the Astro PRO application and the sale of its premium services.
By using the app, the user fully accepts these terms without reservation.

Astro PRO is a mobile and web application that allows users to:

• Explore self-awareness and well-being tools based on their birth data;

• Purchase optional premium features or a VIP Pass for extended access and personalization.

Astro PRO’s services are provided for entertainment and personal development purposes only.
They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Astro PRO account, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms of Use and Sale without reservation.
BLT1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of use.

4. Account Creation and Management

Access to certain features requires creating a personal account with a valid email address.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any information provided.
Any action performed through the account is deemed to be by the user.

The account may be deleted at any time via the app.
Upon deletion, all personal data is immediately erased, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Available Services

5.1 Free Services

Astro PRO provides several free features, including:

• Sun, Ascendant, and Moon signs;

• Element, Modality, and Chinese sign;

• Daily Astro weather;

• Dominant planet;

• Lunar calendar;

• Planets in retrograde;

• Daily mini-horoscope based on sun sign;

• Partial natal chart;

• Partial sky chart of the day.

5.2 Paid Services

Additional advanced features are available through one-time purchases or a VIP Pass, including:

• Full natal chart analysis,

• Personalized horoscopes,

• Astro answers based on the user’s complete chart,

• Full VIP access with enhanced features.

All paid offers are displayed with their current price at the time of purchase.
Credits do not expire, except when the user deletes their account.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, an independent PCI-DSS–compliant provider.
Astro PRO does not store any banking information.
Transactions are made in euros (€), including all taxes.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in case of a technical error attributable to Astro PRO.
For any payment issue, users may contact support through the app or via email.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the app for personal purposes only;

• Not copy, distribute, or reproduce Astro PRO content;

• Not misuse or divert the app for unlawful, commercial, or harmful purposes.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or permanent account deletion without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the app (texts, visuals, algorithms, databases, etc.) are the exclusive property of BLT1.
Any reproduction, redistribution, or exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Generated content is provided for personal use only.

9. Personal Data

Collected data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Astro PRO does not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
Users may exercise their data rights (access, correction, deletion) through the app or by email.

10. Termination

Users may delete their accounts at any time from within the app.
BLT1 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

11. Liability

Astro PRO provides content for informative and entertainment purposes.
BLT1 cannot be held responsible for how users interpret or use the provided information.
Users remain solely responsible for their personal decisions and actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
