These Terms of Service govern the use of the Astro PRO application and the conditions applicable to the purchase of the services offered.

By using the application, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.

2. Purpose

Astro PRO is a mobile and web application allowing users to:

• access personalized astrological content, including birth charts, horoscopes and analyses;
• consult personal well-being information based on their astrological profile;
• purchase individual services or a VIP Pass providing access to additional features.

Astro PRO services are intended solely for entertainment and personal development purposes.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or professional advice.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an Astro PRO account, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

BLT1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the service is used.

4. User Account

Access to certain features requires the creation of a personal account using a valid email address.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and the accuracy of the information provided. Any activity carried out through the account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.

The account may be deleted at any time through the application.

Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently erased in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Services

5.1 Free Services

Astro PRO provides free access to several features, including:

• Sun sign, Rising sign and Moon sign;
• Element, modality and Chinese zodiac sign;
• Daily Astro Weather;
• Dominant planet;
• Lunar calendar;
• Retrograde planets;
• Daily mini horoscope based on the user's Sun sign;
• Birth chart preview;
• Daily sky chart preview.

5.2 Paid Services

Advanced features are available either as individual purchases or through the Astro PRO VIP Pass, including:

• the complete birth chart;
• personalized horoscopes;
• astrological answers based on the complete birth chart;
• full Astro PRO VIP access.

Paid services are displayed with the price applicable at the time of purchase.

Purchased credits remain valid without any expiration date unless the user's account is deleted.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider.

Astro PRO does not store any payment card information.

All payments are made in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Purchases are final and non-refundable except in the event of a technical error attributable to Astro PRO.

In the event of a payment dispute, users may contact support through the application or by email.

7. User Rights and Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• use the application for personal purposes only;
• not copy, reproduce or distribute Astro PRO content;
• not misuse the services for unlawful, commercial or harmful purposes.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the application, including but not limited to texts, graphics, illustrations, algorithms, databases and other content, are the exclusive property of BLT1.

Any reproduction, distribution or use of these materials without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Content generated by Astro PRO is provided solely for the user's personal use.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Astro PRO does not sell or transfer users' personal data to third parties.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data through the application or by email.

10. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time directly from within the application.

BLT1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account in the event of abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

11. Liability

Astro PRO provides content for informational, entertainment and personal development purposes only.

BLT1 shall not be held liable for any interpretation or use made of the information provided by the application.

Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions and their consequences.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from the use of the application shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

13. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer any dispute free of charge to the following independent consumer mediator:
